Dash vibrations?

Hello again!

Things are going well with getting my fabia back to great condition!

however when im driving over bumpy roads and or under 2000RPM I am hearing some vibrations coming from the dash

When i apply pressure here (circled in red) the vibration is subdued or stops entirely

Additionally some of the panels for the AC controls can be wiggled about a bit, dunno if thats related or just the tolerances of the panels

Should I try to disassemble the dash to see what is going on underneath?
If so, are there instructions or a tutorial I can follow so i can take that part of the dash off?
