Wowwow wie wa.

Ins £1600...

Tax £115

Servicing £150

Fuel (10k) £750

Total £2,615

Thats a nice £217pcm.... excl depreciation

FYI Im driving a chipped Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo Group 20 Im 28 an Accountant in the S.E. Garaged and I pay a mere £270 a year insurance - thats with business miles too.

No wonder the youth today are struggling to get deposits for houses, all their hard earned goes on cars boozing 18-30/20's holidays and Animal etc clothing oh and the obligatory XBOX360/PS3.

Ouch.

When I was that age I was put on my dads insurance and it cost an extra £25 a year from the age of 18-26 for him. When I did first get my own insurance it was pricy but as Id saved so much in that time I had a nice big deposit for a house bought it and have made a mint since and bought a couple of others on buy to let.

Ive even been able to buy a Villa in Bulgeria cash off being so "tight" however I can now afford to wear Quicksilver (original) etc

Seems like a good price to me, with the mileage and the extras. Make sure you mention those to your insurer.....mine asked but I don't have any extra's so was ok.

Good luck with your car anyway. See how long it is before you get bored with the power. :D

"Welshy" I look at it you only live once so enjoy what you have got. Spending that on my car does not leave me short one bit. I rent my own place and go on exotic holidays every year! Why not....

With regards to insurance I work in the Business and the deal I have is one of the most competitive for my age etc

Cheers Chrispy!
