I recieved said pre launch mini brochure today , and sifted through the prices and specs on offer for the 1st time (Dunno why I never noticed the sticky at the top of this page before , coz its all in there anyway! lol!) I reckon I couldn't get away with anything less than a Fabia 2 (which doesnt come with foglights at all as standard!!) , so by the time I'd specced the car up to how I would want (the 16 wheels from the 3 , met paint , rear elec windows , contrasting roof , sunset glass , front fogs) it would be easier just to get a 3! If you want a MK2 Fabia and have no urgent need to get one, why not wait a year when the prices may fall a bit, also you can read the reviews, problems on here when people start to own them. That way you can see if you really want one

I reckon the Mk II Fabia vRS will cost at least as much as the MK1 Octavia vRS did at launch in 2001 , i.e. approx

new fabia is launched in ireland since last week, got new brochure look impressive except that it a european edition and not just an irish edition.was in dealership in laois and test drove their demo drives well except the wheels looks odd on it and did any of ye notice that skoda still have protective body mouldings in black rather than body colour like the all the other brands.
