vRS Turbo

Featured Replies

Is there a simple way to increase the boost on a standard vRS?

a remap :)

Would something like that be noticable?

The reason I ask is its a company car and im not supposed to "modify" it.

I thought if there an easy way to change the turbo presure I could just as easily turn it back when I give the car back.

Removeable tuning box is about the best you can really do

Bit of a minefield that. I would imagine any mod that was done is noticable in some way.....

Chris

a digital tuning box would be the way to go. something like a dragon etc etc

dont bother with the cheap ebay analogue ones as they just fool the fuel temp sender and have been know to cause "problems"

A digital tuning box can work well but only have an indirect effect on turbo boost. A remap is the way to go for a real increase but this is more expensive and not as easy to remove

Unless you get an AmD OneClick.

Big up the One Click

Is the AMD One Click like the Revo one? It can be removed when you want?

In that respect it's better as it swaps the maps as opposed to the Revo SPS which is just a switch
