got a problem the other day i banged one of the centre heating vents and it has jumped off the runner type thing that lets you open and close it

my question is can you take the whole unit out including the surrounding plastic bit and pop it back on the runner then place it back in dash as its ****ing me off now

This ought to do you, courtesy of Pembo! Once the unit's out of the dash, you can take it apart completely and should be able to fix your problem!
