Plastic Boot Liner

Featured Replies

Does anbody know if the estate version of this leaves the tie down eyes available for the netting sysyem?? Or do i have to go for the rubber one??

Also is there a better/cheaper place to get these items other than the dealer, have tried ebay with no luck. I am after the boot liner and netting system.

I'd be interested if anyone knows of one that will fit the estate with the false floor in place...

same here

I have bought the waterproof boot liner (DMA629001) and find it is great for my Octavia estate with false floor. It has rubber hooks which you can fit around the various attachment points in the boot.

I got mine from Grasmere, who are a bit cheaper than a dealer (no postage costs either). There were extremely quick and helpful.

I use the rubber floor mat from my old 03MY Octavia.... but too have the variable floor which means at the rear the mat both sides drop into the gaps lef where the variable floor does not extended into the rear arches

Google and ebay are your friends:

eBay.co.uk: SKODA OCTAVIA II Estate 05-on BOOT MAT / LINER ANTISLIP (item 200106492973 end time 10-May-07 21:36:02 BST)

or:

eBay.co.uk - octavia estate boot liner, Car Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Car Accessories items at low prices

I have just received one from this supplier in Germany only to find it doesn't fit my Octavia estate II. awaiting responce to see if they have sent the wrong one. will keep you posted.

I just bite the bullet and go for the main dealer option, no postage to worry about and they usually get it right, my local dealer is spot on for parts and accessories.

Do you think they have sent a Mk.I boot liner by mistake?

I've got a VRS estate and the plastic bootliner. Doesn't leave the tie down points free though. No false floor on the VRS!

Unless you spec it!

Which allows you a cool "hidden" compartment, and more importantly no lip on the inside of the boot at the door end or seat end (when they are folded completely flat).
