The appeal of older Skodas

Featured Replies

Skoda rapids are cool, shame there built poorly.

They may rattle but they don't rust!

Old skodas are much of a fun driving than the new models.

bring some to brunters then and teach these octys a lesson...

I remember fondly the days that my brother in law drove a Rapid. Ahhh, the smell of petrol inside the car, the deafening noise of the engine sitting on the rear-seats... those were the days ;)

would watch the vids but non of the links work ! :(

Hi there, sorry the links don't work. God knows why, I suppose the internet is temporarily gay. The vids show some mad Czech hooligans doughnutting and drifting modified RWD Skodas, which as you can imagine is absolutely hilarious. :)

Okay, I admit that the old cars are a bit rough but as alex28 says, they are fun! As far as new Skodas go I'd love an Octy or a Furby but I have no way of affording one :( .

Until then I intend to keep modifying my Rapid going along the theme of a wolf in sheeps clothing (I love freaking out Nova's etc at traffic lights).

Cheers Dudes, Steve.
