I have recently joined, having purchased a new Fabia VRs SE only to find the stutter that many of you have. does any one have a fix for it, the dealer has changed the gasket on the EGR valve for a 14.5 mm this has made no improvement.

Any advice welcome, either in fixing the problem or refunding the car

There have been many posts regarding the stutter.

Most people drive around it.

Don't think you car get a refund as it's a known problem and the dealers have attempted to fix it.

I have a 54 plate Fabia vRs, so I haven't had any experience with the stutter but I think it was something to do with the emissions.

I hope they have sorted it out on the next range of engines for the vRS next year, hopefully a nice refined 2.0 Tdi.

As for rejecting the car, if you do a search iirc someone as rejected their furb over this issue but not sure wether it went smoothly, court etc? as Len says most count it as an idiosycracy that can be avoided most of the time:)
