INSP light and ABS Fault

Featured Replies

Hey guys, just brought myself vag com and just playing around with the trial version atm, the fault code

ABS 00301 - ABS Return Flow Pump (V39) 35-00

came up, erm... besides from the actual abs return flow pump being broken is there something else that broke which will show this fault? (as i've heard flow pumps can cost a few pennies)

2ndly, the INSP light came on last week or so but was wondering why since I had a service in the Nov/Dec..should it not come on like next year? (mines a 1.4 8v btw)

Thanks in advance.

Even though you are using the trial version, please do this...

VAG-COM > Select > 03 - Brakes > Fault Codes - 02 > Copy/Save Codes

...and post the complete data her.

Regarding the service reminder, most likely your dealer missed to reset it?

about question 2 - obviously the dealer didn't reset the insp light at the time - the procedure to do so is in the owners handbook also can be found by doing a search on Brisk.

the INSP light could be on because the vehicle is a year old or a multiple of years from first registration, i.e. it is due an annual inspection

Hey guys...

I got a Skoda Fabia Break 1.4 16v 101bhp and a couple of months ago I got the same 00301 code.

I was thinking it might be the fuse near the battery. The only thing is... which one controls the ABS Pump?

Anyone can help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers
