I have a pd130 elegance estate and have noticed when accelerating from around 1,500rpm in 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th there is an annoying squeek. It sounds like its coming from the left hand side of the dashboard. Has anyone else had this?

It sounds like something rubbing. My parents tdi90 amibiente estate doesnt do this yet every pd130 elegance estate i've test driven all did this except this one until now.

It also does it sometimes when driving along a rather bumpy road. I'm thinking of lowering the car and am also worried that if I stiffen the suspension then the squeek is going to be there all the time.

its cause its crying because you got rid of the vrs ha hha

My vrs 's coin tray under the stereo vibrate's at certain revs i need to push down on the right hand side of it to make it stop. Ain't had time yet to find a cure

It took days to work out it was this as it sounded like the left hand side of the coloum
