Help! My window has dropped and its raining! I've stripped it all apart from the door carrier which is stuck. I believe it is the regulator but how do I get it out?

I've searched the forums but ther is no mention of this tricky little bit. Thanks in advance, James

The regulator comes out with the carrier, its the same part.

So I understand, but I couldn't get it out. I've used this description and it looks like I have to take out the lock as well. I've stopped for the moment 'cause its chucking it down and I need a long torx.

You dont need to remove the lock if you poke out the plastic rivets (they aint needed). Have you disconnected the window?

What plastic rivets are they? Yes, took the window out

Not sure what you mean. The three funny plastic things half way down the carrier?
