Fairweather to be fair

Featured Replies

Hi all

Just to be fair, I got my VRS from Fairweather in Dundee, and complained on here that, after the thrill of my new Furby realised I had not got my Lifetime warranty or

my free MP3 Player as was part of the deal

Well apart from posts in here and a rather rude email to Fairweather, they asked

me to visit the office, which I did today

They were very good about it gave me my warranty paper work and my MP3 Player, and we parted on good terms

So to be fair I am posting here to say they did provide the goods

The annoying thing is, if they had only said before I drove away, sorry we do not have the paperwork for the warranty yet nor the MP3 Player in stock, we will call

you when it is here, It would have saved much anguish to a new customer

Maybe a bit Off Topic but hey it is a Fabia VRS and they did provide all they said they would in the end

Bright Yellow to match my smile :)

Regards Jimbo aka National

Nice end result then Jimbo:thumbup:

Enjoy the car, and attend a few meets local to you, so people can laugh at you for buying a yellow car:D

And stop being so paranoid you wuss.
