I have just purchased a non-original interface from e-bay for my 2003 Superb tdi 130 and have a couple of questions if anyone can help.

1:- Can the variable service reminder be reset in the shareware version of v409.1 and if so where is it, as i cannot find it. I looked in applications but it only lists the Can-bus boxes.

2:- I need to change my central locking to open all the doors, not just the drivers but when i go into the central locking it says "controller not found". Is this because the water ingress has caused my courtesy lights to stop working and they are linked?

Please help otherwise i have wasted my precious wanga

What address word are you going into? It needs to be 46 not 35. But if there is water in the passenger footwell that will cause you all sorts of issues.

No, Shareware versions do not support the adaptation function.

The water may be the issue, however if you are having power windows on that car you should use address 46 instead of 35 - as described by Lummox already.

okay, i access the central conv and can get the controller listed but what do i actually go into and change to get all the doors to open at one press of the remote.

Okay, done the central locking, thanks, managed to suss what you meant and found that the code for octavia worked.
