DIN cubby hole (again)

hi all, just replaced the 2 din headunit/changer in my octy mk1 for a single din headunit, which sounds great, but looks crap due to the gaping hole underneath it :)

i need the part number for a replacement cubby hole to cover this up (or a blanking plate, whichever is best for matching the vrs dash surround. thanks all!

I think the cubby hole looks a bit naff in mine but so would a blanking plate if done badly, how about getting a boost guage or somthing in there?

yeah, I'm not really into the Gauge thing, and I've a feeling the cubby will suit it more than the blanking plate (especially the VRS surround)

anybody know the Part number/ where I can get a decent looking solution?

The cubby from a TDi says 1U0 858 950 B. I miss having somewhere to put the sunnies, but you can't beat a double-DIN nav unit :thumbup:

There's always the little shelf under the steering wheel by the OBD plug. They fit in if you get it at the right angle.
