Hiya anyone know if you can buy this stuff?

its the stuff that covers the cars internal wiring harness got a rattle with the ISO blocks behind the head unit and a coating of tape should sort it.

How much you need? Couple of metres be enough?

VAG Parts sell something similar - I'm pretty sure I saw it on their site when I was last on there. A few quid IIRC.

About a metre would be fine just need to wrap the iso connectors aerial amp & usb lead that leads to glovebox

As I side note, I actually got a wedge of stuff called PaxMate, it's sticky backed foam, thats relativley dense but really pliable and is used for padding out PC cases to quieten them down.

It's fairly cheap at around
