Are vRS springs unique to Skoda?

Featured Replies

Are the suspension springs used on the vRS PD170 ESTATE unique to that model or are they used for other VAG group models?

Thanks

I don't specifically know, but if you have a look at the list of available springs accross, say, the Eibach range you may find some commonality.

In which case, by deduction, there ought to be commonality in the OE spec.

Do you mean the OEM ones??

Yes.

As my OEM vRS springs will be removed and the suspension Eibach'd at PDI the springs will be effectively brand new and I wondered I it was worth eBaying them.

It would therefore be handy to know what models they might fit: Golf/Passat/Lambo .... etc

Cheers

Good call on the Eibach plan.

The rears are generic to a number of models:

Audi A3 (8P)

Seat Toledo (III)

Skoda Octavia (II)

VW Golf (V)

However, the fronts seem to be unique to the Octy, which I don't quite understand
