Back in the land of the fabia

Featured Replies

After collecting my SE today, I'm back in the land of the fabia.

It's been a while, but I've now gone from this...

then back to this for a while...

and now onto this...

Sorry about the awful SE pic. It was the only one without the number plate showing. I'll sort some better ones later one.

At the moment, I'm trying to get used to the drive again. It still feels like a strange cross between a tractor and a mini- hot hatch though. Ahhhh ... that Fabia VRS feeling.

Hurrah, another vrs to scare the hell out of the BMW drivers of Southampton :)

i took pics of my VRS using digital cametra and want to post them but the file size is JPEG and way too big! what can i do??

Ps VRS is amazing, no doubt about it.

It's a good feeling being back, I know about that :)

And the dealer having two on the forecourt - how greedy  :P

The Image Resizer Powertoy for Windows XP will sort you, or any number of other programs. This one just springs to mind for sorting it out quickly and easily.

I'm sure I remember exchanging private messages with you when I got the first one! Was it on Octavia you had, or a Fabia?

If you upload them to a flickr account and link to them from there, they seem to resize themselves to relatively sensible dimensions (as above). They don't like you 'hotlinking' though, so my pics may disappear without warning.

Yeh, at least I get to do the "doesn't it feel fast" thing all over again after getting used to the Civic!

The other one is a 'demonstrator' (ahem!) which has been registered for one of the sales guys to drive around. He's hoping he can chuck it around for six months or so and then sell it on for a relatively high second hand price (once they've all been sold and are completely unavailable obviously). They did look pretty cool lined up together out the front though!

Both!
