looking to buy a private reg and was thinking about removing the front number plate surround. is this possible and if so will it look ok with a shorter front plate??

I'm not 100% sure but i think if you remove the number plate surround you're left with holes in the front bumper that the numberplate wouldn't cover up...... So you'd have to fill-in and paint the holes.

Personally if you don't like the plastic look of the surround i'd have it colour coded...... You'd only be looking at about
