Have you had a remap done by these guys and what are your experiences of them ?

They're good and if they're local to you then there's no real point travelling anywhere else.

Also, I assume this is for an Octavia Mk1 1.8T ? If so, look to change your N75 to "J" version (it opens the waste gate slower and gives a bit more boost) and think about swapping the air intake pipe for a Samco one as the standard one can deform (and in some cases even collapse) under the suction of the extra air going in. I did this on my S3 then remapped it and it was excellent. Totally different drive after the remap when thrashed but still absolutely fine round town. I change the DV for a Forge unit too and the airfilter for a non-oiled performance filter (oil can kill the MAF).

well ive had two previous cars done there, both n/a (normally aspirated) japs and the gains were good, but also made them more drivable with no loss in mpg, they have just got a lush new premises and was being painted the last time i went, they do quite alot of vag stuff aswell though, jayson's a top bloke

Well im running a carbonio CAI and forge 007 DV. Not sure if i will modify it anymore after that.:P
