I'm now hooked on the 'vRS' thing and wondered if there is a larger vRS badge that you can get to use over the bonnet/boot badges?

Apologies in advance if this is answered somewhere else in this thread, but I'm being lazy and don't want to read all the way through.

I'd be willing to go for them; far better than the milotec chrome 'chequered flag' ones at £15 - £17 each. Besides it will give the car a distinctive, but still Skoda, look in the same way as the new FIAT Grande Punto Arbath has only got 'Arbath' badges (nothing FIAT).

Would the vRS one stick over the OEM Skoda badge, will they curve to fit? or does the OEM one have to be removed.

Can I start a list, for a pair of course @ £20 (plus postage)?

It was puzzling me overnight that Milotec have different parts and prices for the Octavia II badges front & rear.

I looked at my car this morning and the badges seem to be 100mm front and 80mm rear.

Back and front? Do they go over the OEM badge or replace it?

I have an interesting idea that the wheel badges will fit in the centre of the front Skoda badge sitting over the top of the 'flying arrow' with the outer circle saying 'Skoda' being unaffected. I'll have a look at this.

Been out and measured the badges on my Octy II.

Front is 90mm across and rear is 75mm. This seems to put the kibosh on using an 80mm one BUT the inner circle of the front badge seems to be 55/56mm so I'm going to see what a 56mm Wheel insert badge looks like on it.

the badges that you can possibly get made for the outside of the cars I seem quite interested in too, are they protected for the outside elements?

They are resin domed vinyl and are used for all sorts of automotive badges. The ones you bought are to the same standard that the Noble M400 use and they haven't come off at 150mph+ - good enough test?!

Thanks Dougie, as for the badges - yes they are the same design, sorry i don't have any photos of them on the car. They are only for the MK1 Octy/Fabia though.

Stupid question, will they fit a Superb? :P I know there is no VRS Superb, but I like the look of them...

the wheel inserts are 56mm diametre so they might fit - id measure up the one on your car and see if they are the same. Got some left so your more than welcome to a set.

Each to their own, ive got a motorsport decal coming today from the vinyl... not sure if i'll fit it or not yet.
