How to make windows work without key in ignition?

I would like to know if it's possible to make power windows work without the key into the ignition on a Octavia 2. Once car is stopped, windows work until a door is opened, then you have to give ignition again to make them work, which is a pain.

Is it possible to recode with vag-com to make them work while a door is open, even the key isn't in the ignition?

On some models you can press and hold the lock/unlock buttons on the key fob to open/close all windows at the same time?

Is that any use?

Mine have that functionality, even if I hold close button on the remote, all windows close.

But that isn't what I want. I want to be able to use windows when the car is unlocked and has one door open, so I can open or close any window that I want. Now, everytime I want to open or close a window with car stopped, I need to put the key into ignition and turn it to make them work.

Anybody knows if it can be done?

Haven't tried it yet, but there is a setting like "Power Windows/Sunroof disabled after Door Opening" in the comfort system coding - sounds like this is what you are looking for.

I have to check it. Thanks for the info.
