Some background.

I am based in Singapore and have been driving the Octiva A5 for about 5 months now.

Totally enjoyed the drive except consumption seems to be high (approx 8km/litre for city driving)

Which engine do you have, and does it get fully warmed up? I've heard that some parts of Singapore your average speed can be pretty low, maybe 15km/h or so, so that can be time you're burning fuel without moving.
