Traded the black one in against an Octy, so I'm adopting the silver one for teaching. Last pics after a quick clean yesterday....

Still make me laugh, those wheel trims - but I understand it makes a fair bit of sense.

Glad you've identified the wheel issue on the Octy too :P - I'd check Edition38 Classifieds for a choice set of 5x112 rims

Aaaahhhhh! They don't use 5x100 PCD then ????? Bu99er :( A mate might have some OZ's but if the PCD is 5x112 then that's that idea up the swanny

Indeed, the Octy2 uses a 5x112 PCD. Which does seem to open up the options somewhat, looking at what's about on E38 presently. IIRC, offset is around 50, but I'd seek confirmation on that.

Oh, and what OZs did your mate have?
