Featured Replies

Traded the black one in against an Octy, so I'm adopting the silver one for teaching. Last pics after a quick clean yesterday....

The wheels on the silver one are my teaching wheels before anyone comments. The alloys are reserved for special :P

(still think you're a wuss for changing the wheels though! lol....)

I didn't think that on the very first morning with the car, the very first client to drive it, "Pull over on the left in a SCALP !" Thud, scrape ! Did I look bovvered ? Did I ??

Much more use to me kept clean and shiny, with the rubber in good order ready for the next trackday :D

First on the MUST DO list is get rid of the 15's and the truly horrendous Michelin Energy tyres :thumbdwn: Wallow like a hippo and squeal like a stuck pig :finger:

As it will be with 18" Leggera's and better rubber...

Still make me laugh, those wheel trims  - but I understand it makes a fair bit of sense.

Glad you've identified the wheel issue on the Octy too :P - I'd check Edition38 Classifieds for a choice set of 5x112 rims

Aaaahhhhh! They don't use 5x100 PCD then ????? Bu99er :( A mate might have some OZ's but if the PCD is 5x112 then that's that idea up the swanny

Yeah, sorry to be the bearer of bad news - but at least you know now :)

Indeed, the Octy2 uses a 5x112 PCD. Which does seem to open up the options somewhat, looking at what's about on E38 presently. IIRC, offset is around 50, but I'd seek confirmation on that.

Oh, and what OZs did your mate have? ;)

18" Leggera's in race silver. He might have sold them but I lived in hope. Hope now shattered

Andy Ellis drove his Fabia round Brunters with the learner board on the top. There was a video doing the rounds where he spun it too :D

I love the idea :)

Ahh well, too big for the Furby anyway - so I can't even take advantage of this 5x112 scandal :D
