I have broken one of the cords which attach the parcel shelf to the boot door. It has a rubber ball on the bottom and a loop on the top. I have been looking for the part, but have been unable to locate it. Does anyone have the number for this part so I can order it online?

Who are you going to order it from? AFAIK it'll be a dealer or VAG specialist who'll know the number anyway.
