I assume one of yours has stopped working? If so, check that it hasn't simply become loose. I noticed that my offside bulb wasn't working, so took the cover off to find out what type of bulb to buy and found that it just needed pushing back in place.

BTW, that's the best argument I can find for not reading the manual  - if I had, I'd have ought the replacement bulb unnecessarily!

Its the drivers side one and its just not as bright as the other one, I'd say the bulb is on the way out.

... or the holder may have been pushed too far "up" as in THIS post.

Worth a look, anyway, and while you have the cover off you'll find the type of bulb you need .

The Owner's Manual is really (not) informative about bulb types, ie A bulb should only be replaced by a lamp of the same design. The designation is given on the base of the bulb or on the glass. I keep a Skoda replacement bulb pack-up in the boot of my car so that I can select the appropriate bulb as and when necessary. But what's the betting that it doesn't contain every bulb type I might need?

Yes it's a W5W. One of my holders was so loose it was somewhere in the tailgate on delivery! I noticed a couple of weeks later and thought "Bugger new bulb required". I procured a bulb, removed the cover and pushed it in. Only for the bulb to disappear into the tailgate! Luckily the dealer sorted it :D

It must be common as they had a warranty code for replacing number plate bulb holder!
