I'm expecting to sell my Fabia vRS early next year and am looking to replace it with an Audi A3 (unless the new fabia vRS has the 170 bhp diesel engine, which I doubt). Can anyone point me in the direction of an Audi forum where I might get answers to the following questions:

• Is the current Audi A3 due to have any major updates or a replacement model - if so what and when?
  
• Are there any plans to install a more powerful diesel engine than the 2.0 litre 170 bhp, such as the 2.7l or 3.0l - if so, what and when?

I'd bet there won't be a different TDI in the A3. Lets face it, they could just remap the 170 if they wanted.

Cheers guys. How is the 170 different from the 140 (apart from the output - obviously!).

A guy i play football with has the 170bhp A3 oil burner, traded his 350z in for it, i can ask him about it if you want?
