I have the Fabia 1.2 Sport and would like to know if it's possible to add additional speakers in the back. Does the existing radio support this?

Yep its possible should be holes for speakers either side of the parcel shelf,

To check if your radio supports rears look for a fader setting I know my stock radio didn't support rear speakers.

Also you more than likely will have to add wiring for the rear speakers as it wasn't present on mine.
