The first was given to me by Ross as the part number for a MKV Golf platform space saver, the second was given to my brother as the part number by Audi for what should be the same part.

Top one is Mk5 Golf Black space saver 3.5Jx18 ET25

and the bottom one unfortunatly I cant find, dont seem to have the new TT listed, but the space saver for an 06 is 1JO 601 027M 03C 3.5Jx18H2 5x100
