Depends if they're 5x100 or 5x112? Doesn't mention it on the page.

And the 42 offset could cause issues, and rubbing, and/or caliper clearance problems. Ideally, I'd go with an offset between 32 and 38. Oh, and 18s are a little big anyway - and can cause arch issues and rubbing anyway, even with the right offset. You'll have to run 205/35 or 215/35 section rubber, which will have an effect on ride and handling.
