Roofbar fitting

Featured Replies

Anyone know if the roof cross bars from an OCTY 1 estate will fit the OCTY 11, please. ??

Cheers.

The generic Thule ones I had for my Octy1 where too short for the Octy2, but there again they were originally purchased for another car and just happend to fit the Octy1, so all I can say is that the Octy2 needs longer bars than that Octy1...

Thule bars for Octy I were 108 cms (hatch), 120 cms (Estate) and for the Octy II, you require 127 cms (hatch) and 120 cms (estate).

So if you have an Octy II estate, they will fit, but if its a hatch, definately not.

Interesting...

All I can say is the set that fitted my Octy1 Estate where too short for my Octy2 Estate

Interesting...

Indeed. Only going by what Thule reccommend.
