Could be the amp in the aerial base has gone. I had to replace ours a couple of years ago due to water ingress that had corroded the circuit board in there. I checked by swapping radios from a friends Fabia to check it wasn't the radio that was duff and then tried a seperate signal amplifier before replacing the aerial. if you do this take the old one off first (remove the rear trim and pull the headlining down to get at the connector and the nut tat holds it on) and check the part number carefully as there are a number of similar versions with slightly different connections (I found out the hard way!).

As Skomaz says, its poss the amp in the antenna, but could be a bad connection of the plug into the radio.

I have just had this problem with the firms Van, and it was just a matter of pushing the plug back in,

The best advice take it back to the dealer and they will sort it
