Does anyone know if the mirror glass fitted to the Octy, Superb, Mk IV Golf, Pre '03 Passat & various older Audis & Seat's, Fit the Fabia. Obscure question i know but i really want blue tinted assymetric mirrors. My local stealers were as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

And i can't find anyone willing to let me pull their mirrors apart (wonder why?)

I think the older audi A4 (possibly A6) has the same mirrors, I looked into it because I couldn't get hold of the skoda glass. Most of the glass you mention whilst physically the same size has a different mounting type on the back.

I'll see if I can find a piccy of the mounting used on the fabia

Best thing is to prise your mirror glass out, and take it your local audi dealer and see if they have any in stock for a direct comparison.

Cheers for that tim. It struck me as strange given how many different VAG group cars have the same size/shaped mirrors each mounting would be unique to that model (hardly cost effective). I'll let you all know how i get on
