Have at last completed my little project of colour coding the grille. I took advice from various posts and managed to strip the chrome off the surround by putting it in a bleach bath. It took about three weeks and constant changing of the solution but managed to get all the chrome off in the end.

Thought I would go with Mk11 badges as well. Got in a bit of a mess with the superglue but you would never notice.

Now just have to find something else to do!
