Hi,

Power Steering warning light will not turn off, after starting car.

Does anyone know what causes this and what can be done to clear it.

Iv'e read somewhere that it can be fluid or even a battery problem.

As I do not have the owners manual, any advice would be really helpful.

it could be the sensor on the bottom of the column , will require a VAG-COM check to see if its got any fault codes

if you have VAGCOM , then yes you can check for fault codes , if not maybe see if there is anybody on here close to you who will put VAGCOM on the car and check for codes , otherwise dealer job
