Can't see from the pic but what happened? car scuff? little t*rd on a bike? Is it actually a scuff or scratches?

its down to primer and you can feel it running your finger over it. checked security camera, didnt have anything logged of anyone near that side of the car (even through it cant see that side anyway). could be a bike, but 3 separate lines and wasnt there when i washed it Monday... will have another look at it tomorrow and will try and get a picture to show what ive done to it. i know black cars show up scrathes more but this is really taking the biscult.

Down to primer............:(

Thats grim mate

Hope you get it sorted.

Oh dear! :( :grouphug:

Give us a slightly better picture, a bit further out. But if it's down to primer, it's bumper respray time really. That said, Chips Away et al may be able to do something and as they offer free quotes its perhaps an avenue worth exploring. I do know the quality of work does vary from area to area though, due to their franchising system, so worth seeking local experiences.

Best of luck with it.

Steve

Gutted for you mate!

If its down the primer you might as well call chips away etc like Wardy said and see what they can do with it

OMG ! thats not fair ! doubt u would find who did it :(

hope u get it sorted bud

Gutted :(

Nightmare mate! It's gutting when you wash your car and you find a load of new scratches! No matter how careful you are there's always bloody something! Hope you get it sorted out ok.

Cheers guys, i had another look at it today, not to noticable today, think i did a good job with the autoglym stuff, its there if you are looking for it and i might try a bit of turtlewax color magic just over that area before sealing it in with wax. Baseball bat is now located by front door ready if i catch the little scum bag and im now wondering if it was a push bike i.e. the paperboy bumping my car again....

Will look into a touch up stick and a 000 size brush from the hobby shop and touch it up very carefully and over time.

Halfords do the actual Skoda black magic touch up kit with the tiny pen nozzle job on the bottle. I touched up a nasty stone chip with it and it's not bad if you take your time.

I think you might need to revise your CCTV so the whole car is being watched (within the law of the land, naturally) so it doesn't happen again.

I am looking at another camera as my driveway is awkward, maybe dig up whats left of the front garden and tarmac over as the garage isnt wide enough to fit the skoda (will have to look into a way of fitting it in i suppose).

Got to be done, can't afford for that to happen again :thumbdwn:
