Wonfa thanks for the feed back. I did have that on my watch list but as i went to Trax yesterday totally forgot about it until today.

Hope the fitting goes well and would appreciate your views on how it performs, quality of product.

Cheers :)

Why are they organic? Pesticide free? Enough of the sillyness. I see Demon Tweeks offer Helix Organic clutchs, I'm sure they could sort you out with something suitable. Price looks reasonable too.

its nicer to the environment lol

chissey i cant give you an update on the clutch as they sent me the wrong one!!

ive pasted my sorry tale from a remap thread on the vw/audi forum

hi guys im gonna have to pull out fot 2 reasons as

1- ive had a nightmare with my clutch.

the new organic fast road clutch arrived so off it went to mgt-racing (G-sports garage),

unfortunately i was sent the wrong clutch kit, so some frantic phoning round and another clutch for a TT was found locally, however the vw/audi specialist who supplied told us the fly wheel would need to be changed as well so i had to buy one too.

this was fitted and appeared to be a perfect match but as soon as the car was started it sounded like a bag of nails!

they got it wrong although they assured us it would would fit!

obviously as the car was in the air and in peices, it needed doing so more phoning round and eventually we found another clutch and flywheel which was the right one but altogether cost alot more - BAD TIMESzx11.gif

big shout out to mgt-racing though for not charging me the earth for taking up one of the ramps all day for a 3 hour job and putting in and out 3 different clutches!

reason 2

whist some phoning around was done i spoke to the garage who replaced the engine in my car at the start of the year and told them the nighmare i was having,

i also told them that i was gonna get it mapped too but have spent all my money, they then gave ne something to smile about,

it was remapped by the previous owner GOOD TIMES biggrin.gif

i double checked this with the skoda garage who did work on it before and the guy said "thats been remapped mate it much faster than any others ive driven"

G-sports got a vag com and rollers so hes gonna check it out next weekapprove.gif
