Anyone Got A White Fabia

Featured Replies

Has anyone bought/seen a white Fabia what are they like.

Looks like a negative black one :)

Mo does IIRC :)

Think he means new shape - we're in the Fabia 2007 > section

I know a lady who has a white lower spec petrol.

I wasn't too keen - looks a bit toothy and tall.

Strangely enough (possibly better spec) in silver and satin grey = 'silver blue' (piccy here http://www.briskoda.net/forums/fabia-2007/ive-ordered/83802/) looks tons better.

There's a 360-degree model which you can play with on the Škoda Auto - Homepage website. You can play with opening the doors, changing the colours, wheels etc.

Not UK-spec though, so I don't know how representative it is?

Looks like an ice cream van maybe not that smart to tall and looks out of proportion ,

Well if thats the colour you want then go for it! At least you get the 'White Roof' option for free! ;)

I've seen one.....looks allwhite ;)

gets coat :o

'com on Loz :)

Hi!

I just ordered a white one :) 1,9 TDI sport with many optional extras. I'll post some pictures when it's delivered (probably mid November)

I'm going to have Eibach or H&R lowering springs ready when it gets here :D

What would you recomend? Eibach or H&R

Best regards!

Think hers is silver - it was her council that thought it was white (allegedly ;) ) IIRC

Tdi Sport? Is that a new model , as its not in the current UK brochure?? Or are you not in the UK? I will be very interested to see the pics and read the spec!

I think there is a sport pack IIRC.

Here's a white one (albeit the new Greenline concept - 69MPG and 110g/km C02)

Hi! :)

You are right, I'm not in the UK, but in Norway. We don't call the different spec levels 1, 2, and 3, but Classic, Ambiente, Sport and Elegance.

There is nothing very sporty about the sport model except for the sport type seats, and it has some things like fog lights (the ones that light up to one side when going slow and at the same time put on the indicators to one side) , centre armrest, 16" alloys, radio control on the steering coloumn and things like that as standard compared to the cheaper versions.

I have added the following factory fitted items to my order:

-Cruise control

-Rear parking sensors

-Electric windows in the rear (standard in the front on Sport)

-Speakers in the rear doors (standard in the front)

-Height adjustable passenger seat

-Carpet floor mats

-Maxi-Dot instrument

-Tyre pressure monitoring system

-Sun set windows

-Curve projector headlights

-Heated window washer jets

-Storage compartments under front seats

-Electric sunroof

I'm hoping this will be a nice car as it's my first brand new car. I was going mad about what colour to choose, but decided to try candy white. It might look quite nice with the dark windows, some nice rims (considering 17" O.Z. ultraleggeras in a dark finish) , and some sportier/lowering springs. :)

I might fit a PPC tuning system/remap as well if BSR - Chiptrimning, etanoltrimning och dieseltrimning release software for the 1,9 TDI with DPF.. Have sendt them an e-mail asking if and when they will have software for "my" engine.

I didn't like the new Fabia at all when it was released, but the look has grown on me, and now I can't wait to take delivery of my new car. :D

Best regards

Wow , nice list , thats bigger than some of my letters to Father Christmas when I was a kid!! lol! That must have set you back a few Krone , yes? ;) (or is it Euros now?..lol) I think it will look very nice lowered on those wheels too , so get some pics up as soon as you can! Oh and do you still need winter wheels for snow chains too , i take it you wont be using the OZs in the snow!!

Thanks!

I think I will be very happy with the car when I get the keys to it :) It will be an expensive little car (and yes, we are still using the good old krone ;) ), but everything is expensive over here, so I thought "why not" as long as I can afford the monthly downpayments on the loan :) Just sold my motorcycle, so I'm using the money left over from that sale to buy wheels etc. for the new car.

I'm planning to use the stock alloys as winter wheels. It will probably be sort of winter when I get the car, but I promise to take a few pics of the car with the summer shoes on if I decide to buy the OZ wheels.. :D

I've been reading a bit on the german Skoda forums as well, and the guys over there seems very unhappy about the time it takes to get their new Fabias delivered (especially the ones with diesel power) .. Hope that won't be a problem over here

Enjoy!

Jon A

Enjoy your car when you get it , I have been over to Norway once when I was a schoolkid , we went Skiing in Voss , I cant remember how much things cost back then tho , but I do remember it had a cool railway station! lolol!
