my first servie is due next week and the normal display of a spanner and the milage to the service is showing.

got in the car this morning at tea break,turned the ignition on ,then i opened both windows then something new came up on the display....spanner-picture of a clock-8.

got home this aft tried it again this time 7 was displayed and not 8.

whats is it ?

I think it shows miles before next service due, and also time (in days IIRC).

8 days / 7 days seems to tie in with it being due next week.

Its starts at 364 then and counts down!!

7 days to the annual inspection , or 358 days since they PDI'd the car and set the display up

Also you wouldn't get a warning on the Fiats as to when this will happen as the warning system would have broken down on day One
