I want to fit a new stereo (Pioneer) to my Fabia but I see other postings saying that the 12v and ignition lines are swapped. Please can you tell me if the harness PC2694 handles all of this - can I just plug this in and it will all work. The Skoda dealer told me it would not work because I have to consider the K-Line for diagnostics ???? I think the dealer just wants to charge me to fit the stereo. Just swap the wires over, easy enough to fit yourself.

He is right about the diagnostics. Just cut the power on having a scan done.

Thank you for the info. I am guessing there will be two extra wires outside of the ISO plug that I can easily swap - and I just turn the stereo off when the dealer does a scan - the dealer will still be happy to look at the car for me if I change the stereo ? Many thanks for the assistance.
