Hi all, newbie alert!

Just recently joined, wanted to say hello - looks like a great site, loads of info.

Am looking to buy a new or nearly new Octy VRS diesel estate in the next month or so. Coming from a BMW 330ci Sport which no longer suits my needs for mountain biking/camping - thats alot of kit to pack! A BM Touring would be great but not at that money, not anymore.

Having test driven the Octy (albiet in saloon form), its more than up to the job and I can't wait to get her on my driveway

Have been offered £1500 off a new one with little haggling, second hand seems to be holding its own (disappointingly for me!), though they are mostly <5000 miles old. Still, I'd expect a larger discount. All you recent VRS Diesel owners out there - what sort of deals have you got? PM if you prefer...

Also, anyone got a silver estate VRS MY07/8 side on pic showing the 18's? Can't seem to find one... Really can't decide on colour yet though Race Blue is current fav..

Black is tempting but I've had a black car before and was forever cleaning it! Blue most likely though silver tempting.... Red isn't bad either, esp with the red calipers. Oh decisions, decisions!
