front bumper

Featured Replies

Any one got any idea how the middle bumper is attached to the front wing, on mine the middle part is not correctly lined up or it appears to be protruding out from the actual wing its not been bumped or anything the other side is a constant 3mm gap maybe the drivers side is about 2mm but when it mates up to the tip of the main wing the gap is maybe 6mm and it dosent look right, when you press it to actually mate up it springs back out i assume this middle bit is made of plastic,

I would assume i would have to take the wheel off and the inner liner to gain access, but maybe someone on here has done this or is it a job that needs a body shop to do, dont fancy taking the whole thing of as it is just cosmetically not right, any help or advice would be appreciated,

Hello bluebeat. Can I suggest you copy your post into the Fabia forum? This Site Help and Feeback section is re use of the Briskoda site itself so you will receive less of an audience for your Fabia query here.

Hello everyone. bluebeat said (via PM) that he thought it might be something to do with expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature (sunshine heat). Regrettably I know nothing, but I guess other Fabias must have bumpers ;)
