Microsoft Excel formula help

*Don't worry, I've sussed it.. perhaps someone could delete this thread?*

Normally great at this, but I'm stumped.. whats wrong with this formula as Excel is have a hissy fit and not calculating it, its just displaying the text..

=IF(N15>=T15,"OPEN","CLOSED")

N15 & T15 being dates.

I think I might have 'somehow' turned the automatic calculation of formulas off or something??

..help.. :confused:
