L&K Badges

Featured Replies

Picking up the new L&K next week. Went to check it out today. Everything seems fine except for those terrible L&K badges on the wings. I know it's possible to remove such badges very carefully using dental floss but I'd welcome thoughts on this. I don't want to do any damage and they will have to be stuck back on when I come to sell the car (Hopefully in the far distant future!)

Thanks.

Can't help you with the removal but they look alot better than the one stuck on the back of the 07 models.

By the way did it have a badged gear kn0b & badged floor mats, mine didn't and customer services are pursuing the matter with some urgency (1.1/2 weeks to be exact).

I think i'll give Skoda CS a call next week on the L&K k'nob issue.

The L&K badges look nice on the wings, especially on a black car.

L&K mats? I just got plain black - should I have badged ones (I picked up my L&K in April)?

No L&G gear **** but then I have DSG so presume there wouldn't be - just says "DSG" on top of the shifter.

Mine are black with a light border around them, presumably to match the light leather interior :rubchin:

It's a DSG so no gear lever as such. The floor mats and all the bits were in the boot so I didn't notice what they were like. The car hasn't been pdi'd yet and was covered in polythene, protectors, etc.

Will let you know when I get the car (hopefully next Friday)
