Just taken delivery of L&K estate with factory fitted detachable towbar.

This comes with a 13 pin socket which folds down from under the bumper.

An adaptor is supplied to convert the socket to a single 12n socket.

The standard 13 pin wiring has no split-charging/fridge feed wiring. So and additional kit has to be fitted.

Anybody fitted the 'supplementry electrics' kit??

Skoda also supplies two 13-pin to 12n and 12s sockets, convertor leads, however the website states that these leads are no wired for the full split-chargin/fridge feed wiring. I know my local van dealer sells these though.

My dealer fitted them for me as part of the PDI checks/setup.
