Advice please - shall I buy an 05 55 33k 1.9TDI Elegance?

New and green here, calling from Northern Ireland.

I'm looking for a new car, must have a large boot, good fuel economy, preferably no worse than VED band C, and preferably have 2 years warranty remaining, all for around £10k... so I quickly realised a second-hand Octavia should be top of my list of considerations.

Drove one over the weekend, a 1.9TDI Elegance, 05 55 with 33k. I was very impressed, but was ideally looking for an 06 06 with under 20k. This one can be bought for close to £10k (or within a couple of hundred at worst).

What do you think? What should I expect to look for on this example, and what should I be looking out for over the next 60k or so?
