Are they an easy job, without having the wind back tool?

Just going to put parts on from motor factors, quoted about £125 for all round.

Should i go for better quality? not heavy on the brakes or mad driver, but is a VRS.

You will need the wind back tool to do the rears.

It's possible to make something that would work as a bodge , but it's much easier with the real thing.

Where are you? Someone may have one you can borrow.

Got my front brakes from Ebay and rears from GSF. (Ebay ones are as above, mintex)

Piston wind back tool from GSF to, £10.

The Audi TT uses exactly the same brakes front and back.
