Annoying click when steering

This started up yesterday and is already getting on my nerves a bit.

Basically when I turn the wheel to the right by 30 degrees or more there is a click sound and again when I straighten up.

It seems louder when the wheels loaded up more ie at 50 or above and its more of a poor fitting plastic type of click than a mechanical click if that makes sense? Any ideas what it might be?
