Okay, I've got my next car choice down to Skoda, but which one.

My choices are Octavia 1.6 Ambiente manual metallic for £995

Roomster 2 1.6 Tiptronic or manual metallic for £000 (yes, free!)

Roomster 3 1.6 Tiptronic or manual metallic for £499

I am very keen on both vehicles, perhaps slightly more the Octavia, but the wife prefers the Roomster.

Roomster would be in Ocean Blue, Octavia in Black.

Which would you choose?

not driven the tiptronic yet, have you?

i do like both cars. the octavia is a great car, but the roomster is something a bit out of the ordinary, it will always get looks and commented on. where as the octy is a sleeper and can just blend in imoa.

so personally i would go for a roomster scout lol!

Yes I have driven the Tiptronic, it worked well with quick gear changes.

Do you think the Roomster 3 is worth the extra £499 over the 2?

well its got rear sensors, bigger wheels, cruise control, armrest, leather pack and the panoramic roof, so i would say hell yeah!!

definatley better equiped than the octy too, not sure on the ocean blue colour though, ive got one here in storm blue and it looks really good
