I have not seen a single new Fabia since the launch then I see eight in the last week.

2 x 07 Reg Blue Tdi 2's driving in Chester (one metalic one not) (thursday)

1 x 07 reg Blue Tdi 1 in my village (Saturday)

1 x 57 reg Green ?? in Wrexham (waiting on roundabout) (Monday)

1 x ?? reg Silver on M6 (today only saw it at the last minute)

Sorry, had a VERY long day at work today

My point is that the new Fabia does appear to be selling, and quite well taking this little bit of the UK.

I was surprised that I had not seen them earlier, despite lead times as mitchells have two dealerships in close proximity to Chester (loads of Octy's, Superbs and Roomsters round here)

Regarding train spotting, I dont have the time cos I'm too busy driving round looking for new Fabia's

and it's my kids who do the number plates

I know exactly what you mean.. didn;t see any for ages...then 3 in one week.. non since though.. from where I'm standing the uptakes quite slow.. and to be honest, I can see why.. don't take me wrong as I own a 2001 fabia and think Skodas to be fab but the new furby?? I dunno, I think it's lost something the original had.. and I hate the new dash.. why not just lift a polo dash as is if it's gunna that similer? the bulge in the middle of the Polo's that the furby one laked was a huge improvment..anyways, sorry.. rant over.

I've seen a fair few recently as well, since I got mine.

I seen them before they were launched to the dealers.

Only seen 1 on the road and that was all stickered up advertising Freeborn I think. I've seen more Roomsters than new Fabias :eek:

RE the Polo dash , I dont like the 'tray' on the top , I think the Mk5 Golf has it as well. I mush prefer my Fabias dash , to that of the current Polo , the only thing I'd want is the blue dials!
