Diesel problems with the Tuck

Just had SWMBO on the phone, and it seems like the truck is playing up. Struggling to start, black smoke and kangerooing:(. Not impressed as its less than 2 years old, and was only serviced recently. I'm guessing a fuel delivery problem, but my troubleshooting experience is somewhat limited. Possible injectors, fuel pump, ECU perhaps. It's booked in tomorrow at the dealers, but we're not sure its going to make it. Problems only started this morning, with no previous symptoms.

Any ideas anybody? Its a 55 reg Nissan 4 cyl 2.5 turbo diesel.
